Arcadia Mews, 70 units, was built in four phases between March 2009 and July 2013. Soteria Havens was built between January 2018 and May 2019. Milano Courts, 48 units, started in March 2019 and was delivered in April 2021. What the site does not give, on any page we read, is the title document a buyer receives, the company's registered name or its registration number.
