Current Chairman Yoshiaki Saito founded Kyodo Construction Co., Ltd. His sincere efforts and the technical skills he developed as a carpenter were gradually recognized.
Moved the company building to the current location. Planned and implemented open houses (tours) and appreciation gatherings (barbecues). Developed a customer management system in-house and focused on after-sales maintenance.
Current president Yoichi Saito joined the company and developed original HUCOS design homes, caring for local customers.
He began focusing on the renovation business after renovating a 130-year-old traditional Japanese house into his own home.
