The group's July 2022 brochure gives the head office as Km 2, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Isheri, Ogun State. That address sits in Ogun State, just past the Lagos boundary, while two of the four estates the company markets are inside Lagos State and would fall under the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
