Who Owns Amvest Now: The PFZW Buyout, the Registry Record and the Delivery Pipeline

Share

As of 1 January 2026, the Dutch residential investor and developer Amvest has a single owner: Stichting Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn, the pension fund for the Dutch health and welfare sector, known as PFZW. What follows is what the public record supports about the company's structure, its backers and its building record, and what it does not.

The rest of this analysis is for readers who unlock it. Nothing beyond this point is shown until then.
