The THĒ HEIGHTS project is integrated into an existing 50-year-old mango grove. Perennial trees create a unique picturesque atmosphere in the complex and provide excellent protection from heat and rain. It was the garden that set the atmosphere, and the architecture framed, preserved and increased the magic of the place.The building of private residences with two full floors and a residential rooftop was delicately integrated into the garden. The panoramic windows of the residences offer magnificent views of the rice fields and the river. Each residence has private areas and access to public spaces and services within the complex. Each residence is unique: spacious spaces with private patios, duplex lots with balconies and luxurious two-bedroom penthouses.The complex has everything a modern cosmopolitan needs for a comfortable stay - a restaurant, spa area, walking alleys, co-working space and a garden with a swimming pool.
