Novarick Homes: RC 1515648, and What the Public Record Confirms It Has Delivered

Novarick Homes and Properties Limited is registered in Nigeria under RC number 1515648. That number appears in a National Pension Commission compliance schedule published as at 24 December 2021, alongside a pension compliance certificate numbered 0124702, issued 24 September 2021, and a declared headcount of three employees with 117,260.69 naira in pension contributions remitted for 2020. It is the only registry-grade identifier for the company in the open public record, and it is the first thing a buyer should write down.

What the company has demonstrably delivered is a shorter list than what it has announced. Its own homepage claims eight projects completed and six under construction, but the site does not say which eight. Working only from dated reports in named Nigerian outlets, three projects can be tied to a specific delivery or allocation event: Earl's Court in Ibeju-Lekki, described by BusinessDay in August 2019 as having sold out two phases; and The Ridgewood Estate in Epe, where ThisDay reported plot allocation ceremonies on 14 April 2024 and again on 28 September 2024. Everything else in the portfolio is either announced, launched, or on sale.

The registry file

Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission public search is the primary source for an RC number, incorporation date, registered address, directors and company status. At the time of writing its public interface was not returning results to automated queries, and OpenCorporates carries no Corporate Affairs Commission data for Nigeria at all. That leaves the pension schedule as the only verifiable registry trace. It confirms the RC number and the legal form implied by "Limited". It does not confirm an incorporation date, a registered address, or who the statutory directors are. Anyone about to transfer money should buy a Corporate Affairs Commission search against RC 1515648 rather than rely on the number alone.

The founding date is inconsistent across sources. The company's own About page says "Established in 2018". Its homepage counter reads "7 Years Incorporated", which would put incorporation in 2019 if read against 2026. A 2025 report described the company as seven years in business. None of these is a filing.

The addresses do not agree either. The company's own site gives 28 Daniyan Natalia Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. A Nigerian business directory lists 4 Babatope Bejide Street, off Fola Osibo, also in Lekki Phase 1. Neither has been checked against a registry entry.

Who runs it

The company names three people on its About page: Noah Ibrahim as Chief Executive Officer, Collins Oforgu as Chief of Operations, and Susan Adebanjo as Marketing Lead. These are operating titles the company assigns itself, not positions filed with a registrar, and they move around. ThisDay's April 2024 Ridgewood report quotes "Engr. Lateef Ibrahim, Chief Operating Officer of Novarick Homes". Its September 2024 report calls Susan Adebanjo "the company's Head of Operations". Nairametrics in March 2025 describes her as "Business Manager". Four titles for one person across four sources is not evidence of anything improper, but it does mean a buyer cannot assume the person signing a document holds the authority the title implies. Ask for a board resolution.

No non-executive director, shareholder or ultimate owner is identifiable from any source reached for this piece.

The delivery record, project by project

Earl's Court, Ibeju-Lekki. BusinessDay reported on 30 August 2019 that the company had "successfully sold out two phases of its maiden project, Earl's Court", described as "the first renewable-powered community in the Ibeju Lekki Community". Sold out is a sales outcome, not a construction one.

Wazobia Court, Bolorunpelu, Ibeju-Lekki. Launched in the same August 2019 report, priced from 2 million naira for 300 square metres. That report carries the only certificate of occupancy claim found for any of its projects: "The Estate comes with a verifiable certificate of occupancy title." The word doing the work there is verifiable. A buyer should ask for the certificate number and check it, because a C of O and a Governor's consent are different instruments with different consequences.

Ruby Apartments, Ologolo, Lekki. BusinessDay reported the launch of a solar-powered residential block with a 5 million naira down payment and six, twelve or eighteen month plans, and stated that "Ruby Apartments comes with Governor's consent". That is the only consent claim in the record.

The Ridgewood Estate, Epe. Thirty acres, per ThisDay in September 2024, with a phased timeline extending to 2028 and a planned 30-room Alafia Resort and Spa. Two allocation ceremonies are documented. Allocation means a subscriber has been assigned a specific plot. It is not a certificate of occupancy and it is not a completed house.

Noblesville and Ayomide Estate, Ibadan. Announced in March 2025, reported by Nairametrics and others as a student housing development near Lead City University and a residential community respectively. No delivery evidence yet.
